Talk it through by voice
A live voice prayer with a pastor when one is available, or an AI prayer companion otherwise — you are told which at the start.
“The righteous cry, and the LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.”
Pray with Christ is an online Christian prayer platform. It connects you with pastors for private prayer, encouragement, and guidance -- through voice calls, chat, and a community Prayer Wall.
No. There's no appointment or booking system -- Start a Prayer Call or Chat and we'll connect you with someone as soon as possible.
Every new member gets a free trial call and chat before any payment is needed. After that, plans start at an affordable monthly rate -- see Pricing for current plans.
Every conversation is with one of our real, vetted pastors whenever one is available. If no pastor is online, our AI pastoral companion steps in so you're never left without someone to pray with -- we're always upfront about which one you're speaking with. See Our Pastors to meet the team.
Every pastor is personally reviewed and approved by our team before they can appear on Our Pastors or take a prayer call or chat.
You can browse Our Pastors to see who's part of the team, but starting a call or chat connects you with whoever is available at that moment -- there's no way to request a specific pastor by name today.
Yes. Your prayer conversations are treated as private account content and are never sold or used for advertising. Conversation transcripts may be securely stored as session history to maintain continuity, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not record audio of voice calls. A text transcript of your conversation -- what was said, chat messages included -- is stored as part of your account's session history, the same way described in our Privacy Policy, not as a separate audio recording.
For your safety, avoid sharing financial or payment details, phone numbers, home addresses, or social media handles during a call or chat -- see our Safety Notice for the full list.
Pray with Christ is not an emergency or crisis service. If you or someone else may be in danger, please contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline right away -- see our Safety Notice.

Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time -- this stops future renewals. Your paid access stays available until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account simply returns to the free plan.
Because sessions are real-time pastoral support delivered the moment you use them, purchases are generally final once your session time is available to use, except where required by law -- see our Terms for full detail.
No. Pray with Christ welcomes anyone seeking prayer or spiritual conversation, including those exploring faith or returning to it after time away. Our pastors offer a Christian, Bible-centered perspective.
You're welcome here regardless of where you are in your journey -- many people use Pray with Christ after a season of doubt, distance from church, or simply searching to reconnect with their faith.
No. Pray with Christ offers spiritual support, prayer, and pastoral conversation -- it is not therapy, licensed counseling, or a substitute for professional mental health care. If you need clinical support, please speak with a licensed professional.
Yes -- the Prayer Wall lets you share a prayer request and receive community support without a live call or chat.
