Cookie Policy

The cookies and local storage we use, and how to change your choices.

Last Updated: October 3, 2026

1. What Are Cookies and Local Storage?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Local Storage is a similar browser technology used to store information locally. Both help a site function, or function more efficiently, and can provide information back to the site owner.

2. What We Actually Use Today

  • Strictly necessary local storage — an authentication token that keeps you logged in. Always active; required for the service to function.
  • Google Analytics (optional) — records that you visited a page (its URL and page title) across the site, including the Prayer Wall, Voice Prayer Room, and Chat Prayer Room. It never receives the content of your prayers, chat messages, or voice conversations. Off by default until you choose "Accept All."
  • Google Ads conversion measurement (optional) — if you arrived from one of our Google ads, records whether you then created an account, started a prayer call or chat, or bought a plan, so we can tell which ads are worth running. It uses the same Google tag and the same choice as Google Analytics: off by default until you choose "Accept All." It never receives the content of your prayers, chat messages, or voice conversations.

We never use ad personalization: we do not build remarketing lists or advertising audiences from visits to this site, and we keep Google's ad-personalization signals switched off for every visitor, whatever you choose. If we add any other advertising technology in the future, we will update this policy and the consent banner before it goes live.

3. Your Choices

Strictly necessary local storage cannot be turned off if you want to use the logged-in features of the platform — it is what lets you stay signed in. Optional analytics and Google Ads measurement can be declined at any time using the "Essential Only" option in the cookie banner, or by changing your choice from your account settings.

You can also block or delete local storage and cookies via your browser settings, though doing so may prevent you from logging in or using core features.

4. California / CCPA-CPRA — Do Not Sell or Share

We do not sell your personal data for money. If any pixel-based tool we use in the future is considered a "share" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under CCPA/CPRA, we will provide a clear "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" control here and honor Global Privacy Control signals.

5. Managing Consent

When you first visit our platform, a banner informs you about our use of local storage and analytics and lets you choose "Essential Only" or "Accept All." Your choice is itself saved as a strictly necessary functional preference so we don't ask again on every visit.
