1. Nature of the Service & AI Disclosure

Welcome to Pray with Christ. This platform provides an environment for spiritual enrichment, pastoral conversations, and prayer support. Certain conversations and pastoral responses are generated or assisted by artificial intelligence and should not be interpreted as communications from ordained clergy, priests, or licensed professionals unless expressly identified as coming from a verified pastor. The services offered are strictly intended for religious and spiritual purposes.

2. Who May Use This Service

Pray with Christ is a religious and spiritual support platform open to users of all ages. There is no minimum age requirement to use this Service.

3. Not Medical or Psychological Advice

CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: The pastoral care, prayer support, and conversations provided on this platform do NOT constitute, and are not a substitute for, professional medical, psychiatric, psychological, therapeutic, or legal advice. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health conditions, illnesses, or psychological disorders. The platform is intended for spiritual encouragement and religious discussion only.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, feeling overwhelmed, or having thoughts of self-harm, please contact your local emergency services or a dedicated crisis hotline immediately. Pastors on this platform follow a crisis-escalation protocol and may direct you to emergency resources if you disclose thoughts of self-harm or harm to others.

4. Pastor Vetting & Relationship to the Platform

Pastors on this platform undergo a vetting process before being approved to provide pastoral support. Pray with Christ facilitates the connection between users and pastors; each pastor is independently responsible for the spiritual guidance they personally provide.

5. Assumption of Risk

By using this service, you acknowledge and agree that you are seeking spiritual and prayer support voluntarily and at your own risk. You assume full responsibility for any decisions or actions you take based on the conversations or guidance received on this platform.

6. Subscriptions, Credits, and Refunds

Subscriptions and Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and billing. Your paid access remains available until the last minute of the current paid period, after which your account returns to the free plan unless you subscribe again.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital and real-time nature of our services (including AI-assisted pastoral support), purchases of subscriptions, credits, and voice minutes are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

EU/UK Users — Right of Withdrawal: If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you would ordinarily have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital-content purchase. By choosing to begin a paid session or activate your subscription immediately, you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you thereby lose this 14-day withdrawal right once performance has begun, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

Credit Expiration: Purchased prayer credits, chat plans, and voice minutes may expire according to the specific terms of the plan purchased. Please refer to your plan details for expiration timelines.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors. Pray with Christ never receives or stores your full card number. Please review your chosen payment method's own terms, as processors may apply their own risk and acceptable-use policies.

8. Call & Chat Recording

We do not record audio of Voice Prayer Room calls. A text transcript of your conversation is retained as part of your account's session history — see our Privacy Policy for full detail on what is stored and why.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pray with Christ, its operators, pastors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Account Registration and Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. Users agree to notify Pray with Christ immediately of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security.

12. User Conduct & Community Guidelines

Users agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Submit harmful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent content.
• Impersonate any individual, clergy member, organization, or entity.
• Attempt to interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the platform.
• Circumvent subscription, billing, or usage limitations.

Public content such as Prayer Wall posts and testimonies is additionally governed by our Community Guidelines, which cover moderation, reporting, and copyright/DMCA takedown requests. Pray with Christ reserves the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

Pray with Christ may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform at its sole discretion if a user violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, abuses the service, or creates risks for other users or the platform.

14. Service Availability

The platform is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. Pray with Christ does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the service and may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time.

15. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, trademarks, logos, designs, text, graphics, audio, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Pray with Christ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, reproduce, reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

16. User Content License

By submitting prayer requests, messages, feedback, or other content, users grant Pray with Christ a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, transmit, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the service. Users retain ownership of their own content.

17. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Pray with Christ does not guarantee any particular spiritual, emotional, financial, personal, medical, psychological, or religious outcome resulting from the use of the platform.

18. Third-Party Services

The platform may rely on third-party providers, including cloud hosting, payment processors, artificial intelligence providers, communication services, and analytics services. Pray with Christ is not responsible for interruptions, errors, or failures caused by such third-party services.

19. Changes to the Service and to These Terms

Pray with Christ may modify, suspend, discontinue, add, or remove features, services, pricing, subscription plans, or functionality at any time without liability, and may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be highlighted at login where practicable.

20. Force Majeure

Pray with Christ shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, cyberattacks, labor disputes, pandemics, or failures of third-party providers.

21. Electronic Consent

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the platform, users consent to receive notices, disclosures, agreements, and communications electronically.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between the user and Pray with Christ regarding the use of the platform.
