• Bank account details and account statements;
• Internet or mobile banking credentials;
• Personal Identification Numbers (PINs);
• One-Time Passwords (OTPs) or authentication codes;
• Passwords or security answers;
• Tax identification numbers;

• Financial investment information;
• Any other information that may reasonably be used to gain unauthorized access to your accounts, identity, or assets.

• PrayWithChrist will not contact you through WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct Messages, WeChat, or similar third-party messaging applications.
• Pastors, prayer companions, volunteers, and representatives are expected to communicate through the official PrayWithChrist platform only.

If any individual claiming to represent PrayWithChrist attempts to establish communication through external channels or requests that conversations continue outside the platform, users are encouraged to exercise caution and report the incident promptly through the appropriate support mechanisms.

4. Video Calling Restrictions

For the protection of our community and to promote a safer environment for spiritual interaction, video calling functionality has been intentionally disabled within PrayWithChrist.

Prayer sessions and pastoral companionship are conducted through approved communication formats made available by the platform, including voice-based interactions where applicable.

Users should remain cautious of any person requesting participation in video calls through third-party applications or external services while representing themselves as acting on behalf of PrayWithChrist.

Such requests are not part of the standard services provided by the platform and should be reported immediately for review.

5. Nature and Scope of Services

PrayWithChrist exists to foster spiritual encouragement, prayer, biblical reflection, and compassionate companionship through meaningful conversations.

The services provided through PrayWithChrist are intended solely for spiritual and faith-based support.
